Adult Olympics: A Community Activity Program Inspired by the Olympics


With the Olympics right around the corner, the excitement for sports and friendly competition is in the air. It's the perfect time to introduce our new and exciting initiative to get adults in our community a little more active! Say hello to our year-round activity program designed for fun, fitness, and community bonding, without the pressure of high-level commitment.

What’s the Plan?

Our program is built to accommodate everyone’s busy schedules while promoting a healthy, active lifestyle. Here's what you can expect:

Team Structure

  • Teams of up to 6 Members: Gather your friends, family, or colleagues and form a team. Don't worry if you can't find a full team—we’ll help match you with other participants looking for teammates.
  • Or Join the Fun Anytime: Only want to principate in a few activities? No worries, you can register as an individual for any programs throughout the year!

Varied Competitions

  • Diverse Activities: Competitions will vary widely and will include both sport and non-sport-related activities. Whether you're a fan of traditional sports or prefer more laid-back, fun challenges, there's something for everyone. We want to hear what activities you are interested in participating in!
    • Sports: Pickleball, Volleyball, Spikeball and more.
    • Non-Sport Activities: Trivia nights, scavenger hunts, card games, and more.

Key Features

  • Low Commitment: Participate as much or as little as you like. Join the activities that interest you without the stress of a rigid schedule.
  • Fun and Inclusive: Our aim is to create a welcoming environment for all skill levels. The focus is on fun, community, and personal growth.
  • Health and Wellness: Stay active and healthy while enjoying the camaraderie and support of your team.

Points and Prizes

  • Earn Points: Teams can earn points for participating in events and based on their performance in each competition.
    • Participation Points: Earn points simply by showing up and taking part in the activities.
    • Performance Points: Additional points are awarded based on how teams finish in each competition.
  • Who Will Take Home the Gold?: At the end of the program, the team with the most points will be crowned the champions. Prizes and bragging rights await!

How to Get Involved

  • We have the Equipment: We’ll provide basic equipment for the activities, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
