Treats on the Street presented by the Monticello Express
Treats on the Streets, presented by the Monticello Express was a huge hit again in 2023. A little rain didn't stop droves of ghouls and goblins from hitting the businesses in downtown Monticello for some treats. Since starting in 1999 the event has continued to grow. It's estimated that over 500 people participated in this years event. Thanks to the Express for coordinating this event and Thanks to all the businesses who hand out goodies. It couldn't happen without all your support.
A special thanks to the Monticello PD
The added crossing guards and police cars at the intersections made the event much safer. Thanks for taking the time to help keep this event safe and fun.
