Dear Monticello Area Chamber of Commerce Members,

We hope this message finds you well. As the year comes to a close, we are excited to invite you to the Monticello Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting, scheduled for January 10th at 7:00 am. The meeting will take place at the Council Chambers. During this significant gathering, we will be seating newly elected board members and conducting the election for the new President who will lead our Chamber throughout the upcoming year. Your participation is crucial as we shape the future of our Chamber.

Agenda for the Annual Meeting:

Board Member Seating: Introducing and welcoming our newly elected board members.

President Election: Voting to determine the new President for the year.

Financial Review: A comprehensive review of the Profit and Loss statement for the year 2023.

Budget Approval: Discussing and voting on the budget for the year 2024.

Please note that this meeting is not our Annual Banquet; details for that event, including the date, are still in the works. Your input and presence at this meeting will contribute to the success of our Chamber.

Additionally, we would like to remind you that the 2024 Membership Renewals have been sent to your email. We kindly request that you process your payment at your earliest convenience. These funds are crucial in helping us continue working towards our mission.

The mission of the Monticello Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc., a 501(c)6 non-profit membership organization, is to provide leadership in promoting Monticello and the surrounding area, serving as a catalyst for the development of business and industry.
