The Monticello Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors met on April 10 at 7:00 am at Java Jones.  Members in attendance: President, Kim Brooks; First Vice-President, Rick Meyer; Second Vice-President, Regina Digmann;  Ann Buckner, Tina McDonough, Holly Iben, Jim Miner, Kris Lyons, Nick Miller, Sandy Moats as Ambassador liaison and director, Barbara Hoffman.

President Brooks called the meeting to order at 7:10am

Meyer moved to approve the minutes of 2.13.13  Miller seconded.                                                                                             MC
